Anyone who has ever dreamed of having a waterfront basketball court could be in luck. Scottie Pippen is selling his Florida mansion, according to Realtor.com's Neal J. Leitereg.

The house is listed at $11.8 million, which is quite the drop from the $16 million he was looking for back in December 2010. After making a few cuts to the price, he finally took it off(註二) the market. It is back up for sale after six months off the market.
